GEOGRAPHY
The Eurasian Temprerate Deserts graphics are very defined. Of course this biome is located in the temperate zone, It's right in the name! Most deserts here contain sand dunes, rocky landforms and salty soils. There is also a variety of snow and ice here. There are many different plants and animals to be seen and they are scattered throughout the desert
Plants and animals are widely spread throughout the deserts. About 10% of the
ground is covered by plants, however in some areas plants cover 85% of the
ground. Most of the plants here are very tall averaging from 15 to 122
centimeters. The animals can range in population from 14 to 41 individuals per every 1,000 meters, so there will be many interesting things to see!

CLIMATE
The Temperate Desert is the driest of all biomes, so when visiting, you can expect very dry conditions. Because temperate deserts are located in the temperate zone, you will also notice very cold weather. In fact these deserts are the coldest deserts! And watch out, because these deserts can reach temperatures below freezing point, so bring your coats, hats and scarfs!
